OtoparkPro keeps your business data on your device first. A cloud account is optional; if you enable it, your data is backed up in an access-controlled space that belongs to your business only. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Local data stays on your device. With cloud backup enabled, data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) with per-business access rules (row-level security). Plate reading runs on-device. Unless the business turns this sharing off in settings, a small cropped image containing just the plate is sent to the same infrastructure to improve recognition; it is deleted automatically after 7 days, never shared with third parties and not used for any other purpose.
The receipt QR shows your customer only their own vehicle's plate, entry time and fee — nothing else. If you enable map visibility, only your business name, location and occupancy are shown to drivers — never customer or vehicle data.
Your data belongs to you: export it, correct it, or delete your account in the app (Cloud account → Delete account, or the account deletion page). Deletion permanently removes your cloud data. Questions: info@tanrikuluapps.com
